Finance Manager Financial Controls

This Finance Manager role leads core finance activities while improving accuracy, reporting, and operational excellence. You will anticipate risks, resolve issues decisively, prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable explanations to management. Success requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls frameworks, and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate risks and opportunities across finance operations
• Drive issues to resolution quickly and decisively
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and financial presentations
• Identify root causes and strengthen internal controls
• Build trusted relationships across business units

Requirements:

• Required CPA designation
• Five years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• Two years managing, coaching, and mentoring direct reports
• Solid GAAP and financial reporting standards understanding
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities
