Finance Manager Financial Reporting Toronto

Lead financial reporting and accounting operations as a Finance Manager in Turner & Townsend’s Toronto office, supporting a global professional services company.

This full-time Manager, Finance & Reporting role oversees financial operations and provides guidance to the Finance Controller. You will prepare statements under Canadian GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS while managing compliance, controls, and financial analysis. The position also covers revenue recognition, project accounting, cash flow management, audits, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow and financial resource utilization
• Maintain SOX internal control systems
• Coordinate auditors, vendors, banks, and reporting automation

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent
• Eight-plus years in finance and accounting
• Two-plus years in a finance manager role
• Knowledge of Canadian, US GAAP, and IFRS
• Advanced SOX controls and risk management skills
