Key Responsibilities: • Lead month-end close process, ensuring timely financial statements • Supervise finance teams for quality assurance in financial deliverables • Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for better decision-making • Manage integration of newly acquired companies and align policies • Ensure audit readiness with complete documentation
Requirements: • CPA or equivalent with 5+ years in Financial Management • Proven experience in portfolio company management and budgeting • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Experience with NetSuite is a plus • Highly motivated with a strong attention to detail
