Finance Manager FP&A Reporting

This full-time Finance Manager oversees reporting, planning, analysis, process development, and internal control adherence for a large CBG. The position collaborates with business leads, customers, client finance counterparts, Senior Finance, and Operations Management. Your insights support bottom-line results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting processes
• Prepare internal and client financial reporting packages
• Direct annual planning and FP&A activities
• Conduct financial analysis and make recommendations
• Improve accounting processes and client reporting effectiveness

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Seven to ten years of progressive financial management experience
• CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA designation required
• Advanced Excel skills and large-volume data experience
• Leadership, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution abilities
