Finance Manager IFRS Reporting

Lead IFRS reporting and financial analysis as Finance Manager for a growing healthcare technology company serving a mission to improve patient care.

This Finance Manager owns financial reporting, analysis, and core accounting operations. You will oversee close activities, guide revenue recognition, support SaaS KPI reporting, and help strengthen a centralized finance function. The position includes exposure to public company requirements, IFRS 18, and acquisition integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely financial statements compliant with IFRS
• Analyze variances and support senior management decisions
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
• Support acquisition integration and develop an integration playbook

Requirements:

• University degree in finance or business preferred
• CA, CPA, or MBA with strong IFRS knowledge
• Seven years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards
• Public company or initial public offering experience highly desirable
