Overview

In this senior partnering role, you will bridge Finance, Technology Operations, Strategy, and external partners to shape nexfibre’s growth. You’ll translate data into strategic insight, support budgeting and forecasting, and help guide organic and inorganic initiatives. You will work closely with senior management and shareholders to drive performance and decision-making in a high-growth scale-up. This position offers impact across the company’s network strategy and data-driven business decisions, in partnership with VMO2 and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial input for annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans, tracking progress and updates
  • Identify trends and opportunities to maximise earnings and minimise risk
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate organic growth and inorganic opportunities, including M&A and operations strategy
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimise workstreams and manage initiatives with service provider VMO2
  • Perform regular financial analysis of new/existing services and assess impact on performance and risk
  • Present performance updates and risks to SLT with opportunities highlighted
  • Analyse variance reports and monitor financial and non-financial performance at the business/segment level
  • Develop and deliver scalable data solutions using BI tools for data owners across the ecosystem
  • Support monthly management reporting with commentary for designated partners
  • Monitor and analyse billing data and ensure accurate pricing; assist Month End with accounting input
  • Contribute to ongoing operations and accounting processes in collaboration with Liberty Blume
