Finance Manager Public Sector Reporting

The Finance Manager provides senior financial leadership within a large, complex public-sector environment. The work combines technical accounting expertise, financial reporting knowledge, stakeholder management, and resource coordination. You will organize competing priorities, identify risks, review technical work, and deliver accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex financial reporting and accounting engagements
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities
• Review financial statements, schedules, and accompanying notes
• Coordinate internal and external audit deliverables
• Provide technical guidance to finance stakeholders

Requirements:

• CPA designation or CPA-in-progress
• Significant progressive finance and accounting experience
• Leadership experience in reporting or accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong financial statement and reporting knowledge
