Finance Operations Analyst

Supporting the growth and financial performance of RoadieXD, the remote Finance Operations Analyst will manage billing, accounts payable, month-end close, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements. Key responsibilities Review billing data for accuracy and completeness, investigating discrepancies between operational data and financial results Assist with month-end close activities, including accrual preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Analyze key operating metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field Strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, such as Oracle Cloud, AWS QuickSight, and SQL/Redash Excellent Excel and analytical skills, including experience with large datasets Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and drive projects to completion
