Finance Operations Manager AR AP Billing

Lead Tundra’s AR, AP, and Billing operations while improving financial controls, service delivery, and workflow accuracy across global teams.

As Finance Operations Manager, you will oversee people, processes, controls, and service delivery across core finance operations. You will manage AR and Billing leaders, oversee AP, and partner with cross-functional teams. The work includes reconciliations, month-end activities, billing, collections, payments, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing operations
• Manage AR and Billing leaders across onshore and offshore teams
• Oversee reconciliations, month-end activities, controls, and audit readiness
• Resolve complex collections, invoicing, payment, and vendor issues
• Implement workflow optimization, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least five years’ management experience in finance operations
• Knowledge of financial workflows, reconciliations, controls, and month-end processes
• Strong Excel, data-analysis, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with ERP, billing, expense, or workflow platforms
