Finance Operations & Reconciliation Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Manage financial reconciliation, merchant settlements, and day-to-day finance operations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
• Support month-end reporting and coordinate with Finance, Account Management, and Operations.

Who You Are:

• Detail-oriented with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Two to four years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, or payment operations.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
