Finance Planning Analysis Co-op

Apply financial analysis and intermediate Excel skills as a Finance Co-op with Lindt & Sprüngli in Toronto, working hybrid with three onsite days.

This Winter 2027 placement supports Lindt & Sprüngli’s Finance team from January through April. You will contribute to financial planning and analysis activities, process improvements, and data management. The assignment suits students enrolled in accredited university finance or accounting co-operative programs who plan to return to school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis supporting business initiatives and decisions
• Prepare monthly reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics
• Extract and manipulate data from various sources
• Support CPG best practices and financial process improvements
• Prepare ad hoc reports and answer stakeholder inquiries

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a finance or accounting co-operative program
• Plans to return to school after the assignment
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLookup and Pivot tables
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
