Finance Platform Engineering Director

MHR is seeking a Software Director to lead the engineering strategy for our Finance product, shaping a greenfield SaaS platform. You will partner with the CTO, Product, and senior stakeholders to drive secure, scalable delivery and measurable value for customers and the organisation.

As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will build and develop a high-performance engineering organisation across in-house and outsourced teams, aligning with business goals and growth plans.
