Finance Process Automation Analyst

Finance process automation and advanced analysis define this Toronto role at TD, with onsite work expected four days weekly. Support Finance operations through precise reporting.

As a Finance Operations Analyst II, you will review processes, analyze performance, reconcile variances, and recommend improvements. You will support reporting, audits, research projects, operational issues, and business partners. This role requires sound process knowledge, specialized analysis, and discretion with confidential information. It reports generally to a Team Leader or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review processes and identify automation and improvement opportunities
• Analyze financial performance against benchmarks and reconcile variances
• Develop reporting and produce consolidated or aggregated results
• Investigate exceptions and resolve escalated process matters
• Coordinate finance projects, audits, research, and reporting processes

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
• Three or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with process automation and enhancement
• Knowledge of operating environments and transaction lifecycles
