What Makes This Role Great:

You will serve as a core strategic partner within our Customer FP&A team, directly shaping our retention strategy, optimizing customer lifetime value, and turning complex metrics into actionable insights that fuel global success.

Build sophisticated Business Intelligence models to deliver clear strategic insights into retention, customer delivery, and service costs. * Champion customer analytics by tracking Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, and engagement trends to maximize platform stickiness. * Drive operational efficiency across customer-facing teams by analyzing cost-to-serve metrics, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A roles. * Deep expertise in data analytics with demonstrated proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite. * Proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic alignment across Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams. * Bonus Points For:
