• Provide subject matter expertise on finance processes, policies, reporting, and controls.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Partner with business, finance, and technology teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes and workflows.
• Support finance transformation, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with testing, validation, documentation, and implementation of financial solutions.
• Identify financial and operational risks and recommend appropriate controls or solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and business requirements.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on complex finance-related issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or financial operations.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into clear business and functional requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS office suite ; experience with ERP, financial reporting, or BI tools is an asset.
• CPA, CFA, or another relevant professional designation is considered an asset.
