Overview

In this role, you will partner with finance leaders to design, implement, and optimize enterprise planning and reporting solutions. You will lead FP&A projects for a diverse client base from a Professional Services hub in London, shaping planning models and processes. You will engage with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs and drive successful project delivery. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of FP&A and enterprise planning solutions for clients across multiple industries
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to capture business requirements, planning processes, and reporting needs
  • Translate FP&A requirements into functional solution designs including planning workflows, hierarchies, rules, and validations
  • Configure and validate planning models, templates, reports, dashboards, calculations, and workflows
  • Support data integration, model development, and reporting framework design
  • Manage project workstreams and deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
  • Apply hands-on FP&A knowledge to design practical planning models across budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Assess current-state processes and recommend future-state operating models
  • Support finance transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and insights
  • Build relationships with finance leaders and executive stakeholders; present recommendations and project updates
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development
  • Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and proposal development
  • Contribute to reusable methodologies, accelerators, and best practices
  • Stay current with FP&A, analytics, AI, and enterprise performance management trends
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of FP&A, EPM consulting, or enterprise planning experience
  • Experience delivering finance or planning transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
  • Board experience is highly desirable
