Finance Specialist -Medical

SRS Real Estate Partners, LLC is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its winning team of professionals. The Senior Financial Analyst will primarily be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and business metrics for board reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and someone who enjoys managing details, improving systems and processes, and analyzing information to surface actionable insights for the business. The position reports to the Financial Manager, Reporting and Analysis.
Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis for executive management reporting
Preparation of monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows
Revenue forecast analysis and reporting
Manage local tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of business license taxes, business and occupational license (BOL) taxes, and other applicable local tax returns.
Preparation of documentation and coordination with external tax preparer for annual tax returns
Develop financial models to assist in decision-making
Perform other related duties as assigned, including ad hoc special projects for executive management
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business program
~5 years experience in a finance/accounting role
~ Advanced Excel knowledge (Advanced formulas, Power Query, VBA is a plus) and financial modeling
~ Experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus
