Finance Systems Analyst

In this ERP Systems Analyst role, you will support and enhance key business applications in a Chippenham-based enterprise setting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The role blends BAU support, systems analysis, and continuous improvement to maximise value from Dynamics 365 environments. You’ll be a hands-on partner to Finance, HR, Technology and other stakeholders, delivering effective technology solutions and managing risks.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and systems requirements, prioritising initiatives with business benefits
• Support delivery of system enhancements, changes and projects, translating requirements into tech solutions
• Provide functional expertise across ERP and related systems, including configuration, data, controls, testing and training
• Identify and manage technical and operational risks
• Partner with business users across HR, Technology, Finance, etc.

• Functional and technical experience in Dynamics or D365 (F&O, FSCM or Business Central)
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders across a global enterprise
• Ideally understanding of finance processes such as AP and AR
