Overview

In this role you drive finance transformation within Controllership by embedding automation, data analytics, and modern tooling. You’ll design and implement scalable data and reporting solutions, working with global Finance teams to improve accuracy and efficiency. You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology and Data groups to enable governance and change management. This position offers hands-on coding, BI development, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the future of Controllership in a client-centric, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, design and implement automation opportunities across the Controllership function
  • Develop Python-based solutions for data collection, reconciliation, reporting, validation and controls
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for management insight
  • Support adoption of tools such as Microsoft Fabric and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Copilot) for Finance use cases
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable reporting and data solutions
  • Establish best practices around automation, governance, and change management
  • Drive continuous improvement to simplify reporting and reduce manual effort; enhance controls via automation and exception-based monitoring
  • Support and lead execution of strategic finance transformation initiatives
  • Document solutions and govern key processes and tools; provide training and support to finance colleagues
  • Act as technology champion within Controllership and manage stakeholder relationships across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Data
  • Translate complex finance requirements into practical technology solutions
  • Foster in-person collaboration while maintaining flexibility in work arrangements
Key requirements
  • Experience coding in Python or with AI tools to code in Python
  • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working in a Finance function
  • Inquisitive, self-starter with a track record of delivering change and continuous improvement
