Finance Systems Analyst

As Finance Systems Analyst you will support and optimize the firm’s financial systems to maximize the return on a recent Practice Management System implementation. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure data integrity, system integration, and compliant processes. You’ll drive improvements in service delivery and coordinate with vendors and users across offices. • Monitor data integrity and daily system health across financial tools
• Administer Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, and Enable (ERM) and provide user support
• Analyze data feeds in Integration Builder for accurate integration
• Manage system access control and security settings
• Respond to queries via email, phone, and IT service desk
• Participate in monthly close and essential system audits
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing
• Liaise with software vendors and escalate issues as needed
• Provide status updates to management and contribute to process documentation

• 4+ years in a Finance, IT, or professional services technical support role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven experience supporting business-critical applications in a support model
• Ability to identify and implement service delivery improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
