Overview

In this role you support the Group’s OneStream platform as it moves from implementation to business‑as‑usual. You will maintain master data, dimensions, templates and reports, manage user security, and assist with testing, training and ongoing administration. You’ll work with finance and IT stakeholders to deepen technical and functional expertise, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting and governance. The position offers a path to build internal capability for post go‑live support within a global, cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain master data and dimension structures in OneStream
  • Create and enhance templates and reports with data integrity in mind
  • Manage user security and access controls
  • Support system testing, training, and ongoing administration
  • Assist implementation co‑build and document system logic for post go‑live maintenance
  • Support day‑to‑day system administration tasks including backup validation and business continuity
  • Respond to user queries on access, templates and reports; escalate data integrity issues
  • Collaborate with implementation consultants and finance/IT stakeholders across regions and cultures
  • Support UAT and prepare training materials for system users
  • Contribute to continuous improvements identified by users and the team
Key requirements
  • Experience with a consolidation or EPM system
  • Finance background with understanding of how numbers are compiled
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Logical, methodical problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written communication for documentation/training
  • Ability to follow defined standards and apply consistently
  • Desirable: Oracle systems experience
  • Desirable: exposure to OneStream
  • Desirable: experience supporting a system implementation or upgrade
  • Desirable: part‑qualified or studying towards an accounting qualification
