Finance Transformation Controller — Systems & Controls Lead

H&R Block Canada, Inc. is seeking a senior Controller for the Finance Transformation workstream within the Block Centre project in Calgary.

You will lead planning, requirements validation, solution design input, and testing to deliver a future-state finance platform that strengthens controls and data integrity. You will collaborate with Finance leadership, Technology teams, and vendors to translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable decisions.
