Our client seeks an experienced leader to head internal controls and finance transformation. You will manage policy governance, assess risk, and lead finance improvement initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure process enhancements and provide guidance to management on transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of internal control environment • Manage governance of finance policy suite • Establish cadence for policy reviews and training • Identify and prioritize finance improvement initiatives • Partner with regional leaders to strengthen controls
Requirements: • Experience with SOX level internal controls • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects • Strong understanding of financial reporting processes • CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent qualification preferred • In-depth knowledge of SOX 404 and COSO frameworks
