Finance Transformation EPM Manager

Lead finance transformation through EPM implementation, process improvement, and client advisory work at PwC Canada in a hybrid environment.

As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will support CFOs, vice presidents of finance, and controllers. You will assess financial processes, design solutions, and improve decision-making through EPM applications, automation, and finance operating models. This role combines consulting delivery, engagement management, business development, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct organisational diagnostics on financial processes
• Define requirements for EPM tool acquisition and configuration
• Lead consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting diagnostics
• Manage scope, objectives, project issues, and risks
• Coach junior team members on technical and project management matters

Requirements:

• Five to seven-plus years in consulting and software implementation
• Hands-on experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or SAP EPM
• Knowledge of multidimensional data models and data integration
• Working expertise in performance management and Record-to-Report
• Demonstrated project management and transformational initiative experience
