Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for a Financial Accounts Coordinator to join their team.

Position Description

• Perform vendor statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounts Payable functions.
• Create, process, and manage vendor purchase orders while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare customer quotations, enter sales orders, and support the order fulfillment process.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy (critical requirement).
• Utilize Sage 100 or a similar ERP system to manage inventory, accounts payable, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotations.
