This structure gives advisers access to comprehensive technical support and a steady supply of qualified prospective clients.

Role Summary

If you are a motivated adviser looking to expand your client portfolio, this role offers direct access to a steady flow of high-calibre prospective clients. Substantial centralised marketing ensures consistent enquiries are directed straight to you. Supported by dedicated paraplanning and administrative specialists, you will have the operational freedom to focus entirely on advising rather than routine paperwork, all within an expanding firm that values forward-thinking professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored, holistic financial planning strategies across pensions, investments, and protection, giving you full advisory autonomy and exposure to complex client scenarios.
  • Capitalise on high-quality inbound referrals and centralised marketing leads, enabling you to build and expand a strong client base without relying on cold prospecting.
  • Partner closely with established paraplanning and administrative specialists, freeing up your schedule to focus on high-value client engagement and strategic advisory work.
  • Conduct comprehensive lifestyle financial reviews and ongoing consultations, allowing you to cultivate trusted, long-term client connections and strengthen your standing in the market.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent), with progress towards or attainment of Chartered status highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering regulated, holistic financial advice across investments, retirement planning, and protection.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial focus, giving you the ability to communicate technical recommendations with clarity and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Sound working knowledge of FCA regulatory standards and compliance processes.

If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team, as we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
