• Salary 55,000 per annum
• OT earnings potential 95,000+ per annum

• Conduct meetings with qualified prospective clients and complete comprehensive fact-finds
• Assess financial circumstances and deliver suitable recommendations in line with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional financial advice
• Collaborate with support teams to maximise client outcomes while maintaining compliance standards

• Level 4 Diploma with experience as Financial Adviser, Financial Planning Consultant, Wealth Adviser, or similar regulated advisory professional
• Proven experience conducting client meetings, fact-finds, and delivering regulated financial advice
• Experience in FCA-regulated environments and meeting compliance requirements
