About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an established and growing wealth management firm in La Jolla, CA, seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its team.

The firm offers an integrated platform designed to help advisors grow their business, including qualified leads generated by an in-house marketing and business development team, dedicated portfolio management, and comprehensive operational support. This allows advisors to focus on building client relationships, delivering financial advice, and growing their practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Advise clients on investments, retirement, tax strategies, and estate planning.
• Analyze financial situations and provide personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients on financial strategies and identify opportunities for continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CFP designation or actively pursuing certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor.
• Strong financial planning, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
