- The candidate will be required to interact with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.
- The candidate must deliver professional advice and education with the ability to address complex credit and investment needs for both personal and business clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with market-leading professionals in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking to ensure clients receive customized and targeted expert advice.
- The candidate will be responsible for leveraging technology to enhance client experience and drive sales and retention.
- The candidate will be responsible for proactively taking ownership of resolving and preventing client’s banking problems.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing contact and relationship building strategies and supporting new client acquisition in the local community.
- The candidate will be responsible for educating clients on the features and benefits of RBC products and services, and assisting with digital banking including mobile, ATM, and online banking.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a valid Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
- The candidate must have completed the Certificate in Financial Services Advice, offered through the CSI (i.e. Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I).
- The candidate must have 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments.
- The candidate will be required to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- The candidate should be comfortable using different devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- The candidate must be fluent in a second language.
- The candidate must be active in developing strong network within the local community.
