Financial Advisor Trainee Sun Life

Build advisory experience with Sun Life as a Financial Advisor Trainee, using client relationships, communication skills, and digital tools in a hybrid model.

This temporary contract lasts up to four months and prepares candidates for an advisory career. You will gain practical knowledge of Sun Life products, tools, and processes while developing confidence and business acumen. Personalized coaching supports learning throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from a local Sun Life District office
• Gain knowledge of products, tools, processes, and practical skills
• Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
• Provide holistic life, health, and wealth solutions
• Complete business development activities and identify market opportunities

Requirements:

• History of professional, academic, or athletic achievements
• Knowledge and passion for retail insurance and investment products
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
