Financial Advisor Trainee Sun Life

Build financial advice experience at Sun Life through client conversations, licensing preparation, and a hybrid Advisor Trainee contract. Develop practical skills across insurance, investments, and client relationships.

This temporary contract lasts up to four months and supports your launch toward an advisory career. You will receive personalized coaching while learning Sun Life products, tools, processes, and practical skills. The program combines Prospr advisor team experience with exposure to standalone advisor responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from a local Sun Life District office
• Learn Sun Life products, tools, and processes
• Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
• Provide life, health, and wealth solutions
• Complete business development activities and identify market opportunities

Requirements:

• LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
• Passion for retail insurance and investment products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• Enjoyment of building and maintaining relationships
