Financial Analysis Accounting Analyst

Apply financial analysis and reconciliation expertise as an Accounting Analyst with Mint Health + Drugs in Edmonton, supporting accurate reporting.

This full-time Accounting Analyst reports to the Controller within Finance & Accounting. The position supports revenue, accounts receivable, accounting processes, financial data management, and reporting. You will work with bank and general ledger reconciliations, closing processes, tax filings, compliance, and financial analysis while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own revenue and accounts receivable processes, including data integrations
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Investigate variances, discrepancies, and unusual activity
• Support month-end, year-end closing, and external audits
• Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum two years of accounting or finance experience
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
