Our client, a leading organization in the corporate finance space, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Operations team supporting day-to-day financial accuracy, escalation handling, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a detail-oriented approach that helps drive accurate billing, reconciliations, and process improvements.

What's the Job?
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, payment, and account discrepancies to protect data integrity and customer-facing accuracy.
- Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process by analyzing operational steps, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen processes and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain ERP data accuracy.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Canadian finance/accounting experience.
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations, including billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and the ability to support end-to-end operational workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
