Financial Analyst

Serving as a ministry-wide financial reporting leader, the full-time Financial Analyst III will prepare executive-level reports, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial analysis and decision support to department leaders in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Prepare and present executive-level financial reports and dashboards to ministry and departmental leadership, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights Lead the annual budget and mid-year forecasting processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather inputs and analyze data for recommendations Act as a primary finance business partner for assigned departments, building trusted relationships and providing financial insights for strategic decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of relevant finance experience in a corporate environment Experience in preparing executive-level reports and translating complex financial data into actionable insights Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis Strong systems acumen with experience in Adaptive Planning and Office Connect preferred
