Financial Analyst

We are hiring a Financial Analyst for a manufacturing organization in the Chatham-Kent area.

This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills who wants to work closely with Operations, Engineering, Costing, Sales, and Program Management .

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial and operational data, trends, and KPIs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis
• Support capital investment and business case analysis
• Track Material Cost Reduction (MCR) initiatives
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and business risks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability
• Support product launches and engineering changes
• Analyze industry trends and competitive benchmarks
• Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and financial workflows

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 3-5+ years of financial analysis / FP&A experience
• Manufacturing or automotive experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systemsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Power BI or SQL experience is an asset
