Gracorp is Graham's real estate development business, responsible for acquiring, planning, developing, and managing residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned community projects.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across both businesses. The successful candidate will support real estate development projects through Gracorp providing exposure to development, investments, project finance, financial analysis, and strategic business growth.
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, corporate finance, real estate, accounting, banking, consulting, or a related field.
Reporting to senior leaders within the Development Division, you will provide analytical support for development projects, investment opportunities, financial modeling, market analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making across both the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for real estate development, infrastructure investments, and strategic business opportunities.
- Support project feasibility studies, investment analysis, valuations, cash flow forecasting, and business case development.
- Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and risk analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Support due diligence and transaction-related analyses.
- Support the evaluation of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned community developments.
- Assist with land acquisition analysis, development pro formas, and project feasibility assessments.
- Monitor market trends, development activity, and competitive conditions.
Research & Strategic Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, development activity, financing markets, and economic conditions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with development, construction, operations, legal, and finance teams.
- Support interactions with lenders, investors, consultants, partners, and external advisors.
- Prepare presentations and reports for investors and Board of Directors.
- Manage and prepare quarterly valuation materials.
- Present analyses and findings to internal stakeholders.
The Right Tools for the Job
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Urban Land Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, corporate finance, real estate development, accounting, banking, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial information.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in real estate development, infrastructure, investments, and business growth.
- Experience preparing financial models, pro formas, budgets, or investment analyses.
- Understanding of development, construction, or investment industries.
- Progress toward a CPA, CFA, CBV, or related professional designation is considered an asset.
