Financial Analyst Forecasting Reporting

Support weekly forecasting and financial reporting for ATS Life Sciences Systems across Canada, the UK, and global teams. Advanced Excel/VBA and analytical accounting skills are required.

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Life Sciences Service business and its leadership and project management teams. Your work covers revenue tracking, month-end reporting, financial data accuracy, and operational visibility. You will maintain forecasts, analyze variances, and help stakeholders understand business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly bookings, revenue, and gross margin reports
• Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes
• Track revenue performance and identify key variances
• Partner with Project Managers on project revenue, costs, and margins
• Consolidate financial data and support recurring analysis

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in business or accounting
• Three to five years of analytical accounting experience preferred
• Advanced ERP knowledge, preferably JD Edwards
• Advanced Excel and VBA knowledge required
• Strong analytical, reporting, accounting, and communication skills
