Financial Analyst FP&A Reporting

Apply financial analysis and advanced Excel skills at Bento’s Richmond Hill head office, supporting weekday FP&A reporting and profitability insights.

As a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Kiosk and Retail FP&A team. Your work covers P&L management, sales analytics, management reporting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. You will partner with Operations and business functions to explain results, trends, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly and monthly P&L and management reporting
• Analyze actual versus budget and forecast variances
• Review month-end P&L activity for completeness
• Support budgets, forecasts, and financial planning assumptions
• Develop models, reporting tools, and analytical processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Minimum three years of relevant FP&A experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience communicating financial results clearly
• AI and Microsoft Copilot proficiency required
