Financial Analyst I

Supporting the FP&A organization, the full-time Financial Analyst I will provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights while working remotely to evaluate financial performance, conduct trend analysis, and assist in process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Analyze financial data and develop models to support operational decision-making and variance analyses Compile and interpret large datasets, utilizing SQL queries and laboratory reporting tools for data analysis Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership Required qualifications Associate degree in Finance with 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related fields Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting Experience in financial modeling and variance analysis Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
