The Senior Finance Analyst role drives financial governance and operational efficiency by overseeing white-collar cost management, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP controls. Partnering across functions, the Senior Analyst delivers accurate financial reporting and actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.

Location & Work Model:

Remote or hybrid; Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis

Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions

Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

~ Masters degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred

~3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP); working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

~ Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business applications

~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
