Turner & Townsend

is seeking an analytical individual to join our USA Finance team. This role will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial reports for the USA business. Collaborating with the finance team in the aggregation of financial information to assist in the month end close and forecasting process. Creation and maintenance of revenue reports using Microsoft D365 and other internal systems.
Support of internal forecasting process by maintaining shared Microsoft Teams channels used by business leads.
Examine and synthesize financial data related to relocation expenses and create detailed repayment letters based on expenses incurred.
Assist in updating various financial reports for internal executive meetings.
Business travel analysis including creation of reports for key stakeholders.
Support to Financial Planning & Analysis team with development of internal Key Performance Indicator and ad hoc reports.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or finance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working within an accountancy/finance-based position.
Working knowledge of month end, forecasting, invoicing, and financial management
Understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information.
