Financial Analyst, Operations in Ontario

The Financial Analyst, Operations in Ontario will provide financial analysis and business decision support to the Manager and Director of Finance Operations, the District Operators and Store Operators/Franchisees.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

• Perform moderately complex analysis;
• Make suggestions to improve functional area processes;
• Assist in forecasting, targeting and budgeting process;
• Prepare/maintain analytical reports in various systems (SAP, Longview and BW) and communicate results;
• Analyze capital investment opportunities as required;
• Perform administrative tasks, as required;
• Work with cross-functional groups to identify opportunities to reduce costs;
• Adhere to GAAP and IFRS and CEO/CFO Certification;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives;
• Participate in projects as assigned.

What you have to Offer:

• University degree in Business and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or Diploma and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience;
• Finance experience in corporate operations is an asset;
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal);
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, Advanced Microsoft Excel;
• Previous experience working in a Retail environment is an asset.
