Financial Assistant

Vanier and Holy Redeemer Catholic Schools in Edson, AB

This is a 1.0 FTE position to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, following the school calendar year.

The position is split between the two schools.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

• Financial training and experience (Sage, Rycor, Atrieve)
• Experience with Excel, Word, Google Docs
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Comfort in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and establish priorities
• Enjoy working with children and the public
• Conduct themselves in a professional and caring manner

This position will begin August 24th, 2026 . This individual needs to be positive, flexible and able to work closely with other staff.
