Financial Care & Collections Advisor

Scotiabank in Ottawa is seeking an Advisor for the CARE Team to deliver professional, customer-focused support through inbound and outbound calls. You will work with customers, estate representatives, branches and internal partners to understand circumstances and provide timely, accurate resolutions.

Responsibilities include rehabilitating accounts or minimizing losses using approved methods, documenting all interactions, and following privacy, AML/ATF and risk guidelines.
