Reporting directly to the CFO, this senior position requires considerable expertise in financial and project accounting. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team, managing invoicing, and ensuring accurate financial operations. The Controller will collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial reports • Supervise invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable • Provide guidance to Project Managers on financial practices • Monitor project costs and support cash management • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • CPA designation or equivalent required • Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint is essential • Experience in an engineering consulting firm • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
