In this key senior role, you will be responsible for full-cycle financial reporting and ensuring compliance with IFRS and tax regulations. Manage a team of three Senior Financial Analysts while collaborating closely with divisional leaders to enhance operational performance across the company’s diverse sectors, including construction and mining. Your leadership will drive accountability in financial planning and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead monthly close and group IFRS reporting. • Manage annual financial audits and local statements. • Oversee long-term financial planning and forecasting. • Guide tax compliance and sales tax audits. • Develop relationships with divisional leaders and internal stakeholders.
Requirements: • 5-10 years in financial reporting leadership. • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. • Strong skills in Excel, and Power BI preferred. • Experience in heavy equipment or manufacturing sectors. • Proven ability to lead and develop financial teams.
