As a key member of the Red Shores Executive Team, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your responsibilities include overseeing financial reports, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring timely financial operations. You will also lead the budget process and provide strategic recommendations to bolster operations and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records • Analyze financial results and investigate variances • Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable • Develop internal control procedures to safeguard assets
Requirements: • 7-10 years of Controller or senior accounting experience • Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration • CPA designation or equivalent required • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination • Background in gaming, hospitality, or regulated environments preferred
