Financial Controller Business Partner

Lead financial reporting and business analysis as an AVS Financial Controller and Business Partner in Eddyfi Technologies’ multi-entity environment.

This financial leader ensures reliable information, internal controls, and monthly closings. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and operational decision-making. You will advise the General Manager while improving profitability, compliance, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly statements and ensure complete, accurate financial reporting
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses
• Advise operational leaders through financial insights and recommendations
• Analyze results, margins, profitability, costs, and working capital
• Drive financial process improvements and support strategic projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA designation
• Five to eight years of relevant experience
• Experience with monthly close processes and financial analysis
• Strong Excel knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• French and English proficiency with strong communication skills
