Financial Counselor

UF Health seeks a Financial Counselor to guide patients and families through the financial aspects of care. In this role, you will review insurance coverage, explain costs, and identify payment options and assistance programs. You will collaborate with clinical and billing teams to resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Drawing on UF Health’s academic and patient-centered mission, you will help patients access care with clarity and compassion, contributing to a supportive environment that values inclusivity, innovation, and continuous learning.
