Financial Crime Advisory Manager

Lead Financial Crime advisory engagements at PwC, applying AML program expertise and strong client communication to complex mandates. This Manager role is with PwC Advisory.

As a Manager, you will guide AML/ATF and sanctions assessments, regulatory readiness work, program builds, and transformation initiatives. You will manage client relationships, project teams, deliverables, and competing priorities. Your work will translate regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead advisory engagements from planning through delivery
• Design AML testing procedures and engagement workplans
• Assess governance, controls, monitoring, investigations, and reporting
• Present findings through reports, frameworks, and roadmaps
• Coach teams and contribute to business development

Requirements:

• Five to ten years of relevant Financial Crime experience
• Strong knowledge of AML governance and operations
• Knowledge of FINTRAC requirements and Canadian expectations
• Degree in accounting, business, law, economics, or related field
• Excellent communication and client-facing advisory skills
